Up to 8 social media posts on the Villa's Instagram channel (images / video to be provided)

Seasonal pricing advice
1 social media post per month (on Caelum Estates’ channels)

2. Premium Reach Package - LKR 180,000 per month

Designed for villa owners who want maximum exposure and higher occupancy.

What’s Included:

Listing setup/optimisation on up to 4 platforms
On-site professional photography (1 session per contract term)
Targeted digital ad campaign (Google or Meta platforms – ad spend billed separately)
Custom video reel for social media
Weekly performance reporting & analytics
8 social media posts on the Villa's Instagram (video / images to be provided)
Access to Caelum Estates travel agent network with the property promoted to relevant agents

Minimum Term: 3 months

Terms & Conditions:

Owners must supply accurate and up-to-date villa details for listings.
All content created remains the property of Caelum Estates until the end of the contract period.
Ad spend for digital campaigns is separate and subject to client approval.
Villa must be professionally cleaned and presentable for media sessions.
Cancellations require 30 days’ notice in writing.
