• Emergency call-out availability (at additional charge)

Package Options:

Weekly Upkeep Package - LKR 145,000 per month + taxes

• Frequency: 1 visit per week

• minimum three month contract

• Ideal for villas with occasional use or off-season periods.

Daily Upkeep Package - LKR 245,000 per month + taxes

• Frequency: 6 visits per week (Mon–Sat)

• Minimum three month contract

• Best suited for active rentals or high-profile properties.

Terms & Conditions:

• One or more packages combining services can be bought together.
• Prices listed are for villas up to 5,000 sq. ft.
• Additional charges apply for larger properties or extensive grounds.
• Services are available in selected regions - please check service availability at booking.
• Emergency repairs or third-party services (e.g., electricians, plumbers) are billed separately.
• A minimum three-month subscription is required for all packages.
• 30-day notice required for cancellation or downgrade of service.
